Patriotic Planks LLC Rental Policies

These policies apply for both bar rentals as well as our cocktail/pub table rentals.

General:

• The items are to be used as they are intended to be used.
• Please remove any items from within the bars and wipe down the countertops before returning or having bars picked up.
• The items are not to be altered in any way. Missing or broken pieces may result in additional charges.
• The item must stay at the location stated in the rental contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• A valid photo ID must be presented at time of pick up/delivery.
• Bar Rentals require 50% to be paid to reserve your rental. If the rental is cancelled, this is non refundable. The remaining 50% is due before the bars are unloaded (deliveries) or picked up if you are the one picking up.  
•  Bar Rental reservations will also require a $50 deposit.  The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, as long as no damage has occurred to the bar. This is on top of the regular charges but you will get this deposit back if the bar is returned without damage. 

For Renters who pick up:

• The renter is responsible for safely securing the item(s) in their vehicle and safely transporting the equipment.
• The renter is responsible for bringing their own straps, tarps, etc to assist with proper transport.
• Payment in full is required before the equipment is loaded onto the vehicle.
• We have dollies to help get the equipment loaded but the renter is responsible for having dollies (if needed) on their end of the transport, as ours do not leave the property.
• The item(s) must be returned by the agreed time/date otherwise late fees may apply.
• The Renters Contract must be completed and signed at the time of pick up.

For Renters who are having Patriotic Planks LLC deliver:

• The renter must be present at the time of delivery and pick up.
• The time of delivery and time of pick up must be agreed upon prior to the date of the event.
• Payment in full (including delivery fee) is required before the item or items are unloaded.
• Deliveries and Pick-ups outside of our normal business hours (8am-8pm) may result in additional fees.
• The Rental Contract must be completed and signed before or at time of the delivery.
