Policies

For made to order and custom orders, we require at least a 50% deposit for the project to begin. In some cases, we will require more than 50%. This deposit covers the cost of the build and is non-refundable. If you do not like the final product, we will do what we can to fix the issue but the deposit is non-refundable.

Invoices/quotes are valid for 30 days from the time they are sent. Once over 30 days, a new quote and/or invoice will have to be created.

Made to Order and Custom orders must be picked up within 5 days of the project completion date provided at the start of the project unless we have arranged delivery or made prior arrangements to extend the timeframe. A $10 storage fee will be charged for each day exceeding the 3 day grace period. Projects not picked up within 2 weeks will forfeit the deposit and will be posted as a stocked item.

Custom orders that do not fit into our normal categories of builds may require additional charges based on the complexity and costs of the project. Custom refers to any type of change to a typcial build. Our Made-To-Order builds offer a variety of options but anything outside of those options is considered custom and additional charges may apply.

We will not use your materials for custom/made to order builds. This mainly applies to lumber and building supplies. Exceptions could be made in certain circumstances such as if you wanted a particular sign mounted to the project or something of that sort. But we do not use customer provided building materials.

Although we can deliver, delivery is sometimes limited.

We can advise on stain/paint colors and sheen choices but we will not chose for you. Due to screen differences, colors may look different in pictures. Also, stains can appear slightly different due to the porousness of lumber, grain, batch number, and other factors.

We do not use epoxy. When we topcoat counters, we use a polycrylic topcoat. Special requests can be made and may result in additional charges.

We can assist with loading up items at pick up and can help/advise when it comes to strapping/securing the item(s) into the vehicle/trailer but we are not responsible for securing the items.
